Water Resource Education Program Manager - This position requires a Master's degree in education, planning, natural resources management, or a field closely related to the subject matter, and three years of program management experience that includes the design, implementation and evaluation of program components.

Successful applicants must possess excellent writing and communication skills. It is also preferable that applicants have knowledge and experience in the following software programs: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and proficiency in the use of email and the Internet.

The ability to work under the stress of deadlines is also required, along with successful completion of the interview process.
